Responsibilities

Develop, lead, and execute effective sourcing and purchasing strategies for assigned categories, identifying cost-saving and consolidation opportunities through spend analysis. Conduct end-to-end sourcing processes, including RFI/RFP creation, vendor analysis, price and contract negotiations, and contract renewals. Partner with stakeholders to clarify requirements, monitor demand, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods and services. Continuously analyze procurement processes, propose improvements, and implement process transformation initiatives aligned with best practices. Approve and oversee ordering, deliveries, and supplier management while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. Lead high-impact projects annually, managing cross-functional teams and building strong relationships with stakeholders and suppliers. Monitor performance through KPIs and metrics, provide insights, and ensure alignment with organizational goals while fostering a culture of efficiency and collaboration.
