As Project Management Officer - Global Technical Perfumery, you will play a key role in supporting ingredient portfolio management and cross-functional technical programs. Acting as a central coordination point, you will connect data, stakeholders and execution across innovation, regulatory, procurement, operations, creative and commercial teams. Reporting to the Vice President, Global Fragrance Technical Perfumery and based in Hilversum (the Netherlands), you will contribute to driving strategic initiatives in 2026 by ensuring alignment, visibility and progress across multiple ingredient-related programs in a highly cross-functional and international environment. Where You’ll Make a Difference Lead coordination and follow-up of ingredient portfolio initiatives across regulatory, innovation, procurement and supply security programs Conduct data-driven analyses to assess business impact, supply risks, portfolio performance and complexity reduction opportunities Translate complex inputs into clear dashboards, executive summaries and decision-making materials Coordinate governance meetings, workshops and cross-functional reviews (agenda setting, pre-reads, action tracking) Ensure tracking of actions, milestones, risks and dependencies across multiple projects Provide clear visibility on progress, roadblocks and ownership to stakeholders Coordinate the ingredient olfactive evaluation program, including sample distribution and feedback consolidation Transform technical insights into actionable recommendations for portfolio optimization What Makes You the Right Fit Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry, Engineering, Business, Data/Analytics or related field
Experience
in project coordination, portfolio management or cross-functional program management
Experience
working in technical, regulatory, procurement, supply chain or innovation environments Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and collaboration tools
Experience
