Execute structured partner outreach, including introductory communications and follow-ups Maintain consistent engagement cadence across all stages (intro, discovery, follow-up) Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on partner progress Conduct account research to identify skilling opportunities and support tailored plans Manage the full engagement lifecycle from outreach to closure Ensure tracker accuracy, reporting quality, and process compliance

Experience
managing engagement pipelines and structured follow-ups Analytical mindset with strong research capabilities High level of attention to detail and process adherence Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with CRM or tracking tools Ability to work in fast-paced, cross-regional environments Required 3–5 years of experience in operations, partner engagement, or program coordination. Advanced English and Spanish (written and verbal)
