Responsibilities
in this role: Provide expert technical support in poultry nutrition, with strong emphasis on enzyme solutions Optimize the use and positioning of products in broiler, layer, and breeder diets Support customer troubleshooting, performance improvement, and on-site technical assistance Design, support, and analyze field trials, generating actionable insights Develop technical documentation, customer presentations, and training materials Collaborate with internal stakeholders, providing market feedback to Sales, Marketing, Regulatory, and Innovation teams The role operates at a regional or territory level, closely aligned with commercial priorities and customer needs. What you'll need to be successful in this role: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Animal Nutrition, Veterinary Medicine, Zootechnics, or related field PhD, strong specialization, or equivalent proven expertise in poultry nutrition Strong experience in poultry nutrition Solid experience with feed enzymes (mandatory) Background in feed mills, poultry integrators, or production systems Proven experience in technical customer support and field activities Strong knowledge of poultry nutrition, formulation, enzymes, probiotics, and gut health Ability to interpret scientific data and apply it practically Advanced English and fluent Spanish Additional Skills & Interests We Value
