The Manager of Industrial Carriers Technology will oversee the development, implementation, and optimization of technology solutions for industrial carriers. This role involves managing a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the integration of cutting-edge technologies, and driving continuous improvement in operational efficiency and safety. What you'll be doing: Supervise a team of engineers and technicians, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities. Oversee the deployment of new technologies and systems to enhance the performance and reliability of industrial carriers. Plan, execute, and monitor projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency and safety. Work closely with other departments, suppliers, and customers to ensure technology solutions meet business needs and regulatory requirements. Responsibilities
as Assigned. We’d love to hear from you if: Prefer Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology Management, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in technology management within the industrial sector, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Strong knowledge of industrial carrier technologies, including automation, IoT, and data analytics. Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing high-performing teams. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience
in budget planning and financial management. Familiarity with industry standards and safety regulations. Compensation: The annual base salary range for this role is from $176,720 to $198,810, plus an annual target bonus of 16.5% of base salary.
