Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities: 1. Technical Service Execution Perform installation, commissioning, preventive maintenance for both local maintenance and Manufacturer Maintenance (PM), calibration, and repair of haemodialysis machines and water treatment systems. Conduct systematic troubleshooting and root cause analysis to resolve technical issues effectively. Ensure service activities are executed according to SOP, technical manuals, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Perform functional testing and quality checks before releasing equipment back to clinical use. 2. Service Quality & Compliance Ensure all service activities meet company quality standards and healthcare regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate, complete, and timely service documentation and reports. Follow infection control, electrical safety, and biohazard handling procedures. Ensure compliance with workplace safety standards and company HSE policies. Obey the health and safety guideline as per guided by Crisis Management team when doing his/her job inside or outside the organization Obey the Fresenius Medical Care Compliance and Company Regulation 3. Customer Support & Communication Provide professional technical explanations to customers regarding equipment operation, care, and preventive actions. Educate customers on basic operational best practices to minimize equipment failure. Respond promptly to service calls and ensure clear communication with customers regarding progress and resolution. Build positive working relationships with hospital engineering teams, nurses, and dialysis staff. 4. Continuous Learning & Improvement Continuously upgrade technical knowledge and skills through training, self-learning, and field experience. Actively share knowledge, best practices, and troubleshooting solutions with peers. Participate in improvement initiatives to enhance service quality, efficiency, and reliability. 5. Teamwork & Discipline Maintain discipline, professionalism, and service ethics. Support team collaboration and knowledge sharing. Comply with work schedules, standby duties, and emergency call-out requirements. Your Profile: Territory coverage – Banten Minimum Diploma in Electro medical Engineering Preferably have Professional License as Electromedics (STR) Minimum 1 year of experience as Technician in Medical Devices company.
