David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a multinational financial services company specializing in online trading that is seeking to onboard a General Manager (India Market) to join their team. This is a unique opportunity to lead the creation and expansion of a new Forex and CFD brand in India, build local teams and partnerships, and drive long-term commercial growth through IB and affiliate channels.
Position: General Manager - India (Forex/CFD)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the launch and growth of a new Forex and CFD brand targeting the Indian market
- Build and execute the market entry strategy and establish a strong local presence
- Recruit, develop, and manage high-performing teams across Business Development, Marketing, Customer Support, and Partnerships
- Identify, onboard, and manage key Introducing Brokers (IBs), affiliates, and strategic partners
- Develop commission structures and incentive programs to maximize partner performance and loyalty
- Build relationships with financial influencers, trading educators, and regional communities
- Design and execute localized sales and marketing campaigns to increase active traders and deposit volumes
- Monitor business performance, trading activity, and P&L metrics to ensure sustainable growth
- Analyze market trends and adapt products, payment methods, and trading conditions to local requirements
- Establish clear KPIs across functions and drive accountability for business results
- Collaborate with external providers supporting dealing, payments, compliance, and product operations
- Ensure all business activities align with internal AML, KYC, and compliance requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent Hindi and English skills, both written and spoken10+ years of Business Development experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within Forex/CFD industry
- Strong understanding of the Indian trading market and regional business environment
- Existing network of Introducing Brokers and affiliates across India is highly preferred
- Experience building and scaling commercial teams and business operations
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems, lead conversion processes, and partnership models including CPA, RevShare, and Hybrid structures
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strategic mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and commercial performance
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is considered an advantage.
