The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, and project execution, with a strong commitment to safety, quality, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
Ensure that main contractors, technicians, and subcontractors comply with all safety guidelines and regulations on site. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by identifying concerns, implementing corrective actions, and communicating project progress with internal and external stakeholders. Report directly to the Project Engineer and execute tasks according to the project schedule and guidance. Follow up with consultants for approval of technical submittals. Coordinate and monitor the delivery of project materials. Conduct site surveys for project estimation and planning. Coordinate with customers for Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT). Perform site supervision, system testing, commissioning, integration, and final project handover. Carry out wiring, termination, testing, and commissioning of Building Management Systems (BMS) and Chiller Plant Control Systems. Prepare and maintain all project documentation and reports throughout the project lifecycle. Submit reports and timesheets accurately and on time.

Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Instrumentation, or a related technical field. 4–5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC controls, or a similar industry. Strong knowledge of HVAC control systems, BMS products, and Chiller Plant Management Systems.
Experience
in testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and system integration. Good communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong computer proficiency and technical documentation skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.
