Job Description We are seeking an experienced Peripheral Systems Manager to lead the technical delivery and integration of enterprise-scale SAP Commerce initiatives across a complex multi-system landscape. This role will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of SAP Commerce projects, driving cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring scalable, high-quality solutions across integrated platforms including ERP, CRM, BI, and eCommerce systems. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in software development, enterprise integrations, and eCommerce technologies, combined with proven experience managing large-scale projects, distributed teams, and complex stakeholder environments. This is a strategic leadership role focused on ensuring successful project execution, operational excellence, and continuous improvement across our digital commerce ecosystem. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Be responsible for managing the technical aspects of our SAP Commerce projects. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that all deliverables meet our quality standards. Oversee the development and implementation of technical solutions, manage project timelines and budgets, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes. Manage technical integration aspects of SAP Commerce projects, including software design, development, and deployment Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, architects, project managers, and business analysts to ensure timely and accurate delivery of quality products Define project requirements, timelines, and budgets, and manage project scope and risks Develop and maintain project plans, status reports, and other project-related documentation Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and manage project changes Ensure that all technical solutions are scalable, maintainable, and meet or exceed quality standards Identify the potential risk to the project and provide mitigation plan. Work with stakeholders to define and prioritize project goals, and effectively communicate project status, risks, and issues to executive leadership SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS: Required to have at least 10 years’ experience in software development and e-Commerce systems in various capacities. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 7+ years of experience in leading software development projects with at least 3 years of experience in e-Commerce projects

of managing integration across mutli-system environment such as ERP, CRM and BI. with leading providers like SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce Strong technical background in e-Commerce platform, e-commerce solutions, and related technologies such as Java and Spring

Experience
