Responsibilities
Oversee the development of technology products. Be a product visionary and strategist that can drive organizational alignment. Monitor and report on the impact of product releases to ensure they are providing value to the organization. Promote data-driven and analytical decision making throughout the organization and encourage transparency. Be comfortable balancing competing priorities in a fluid environment. Evangelize our solutions, work with the operations team to drive adoption. Create the long-term vision for products and clearly articulate the strategy to senior management. Business & product roadmap planning and define product requirements. Managing prioritization and trade-offs for customer experience, performance, and features. Prepare launch plans, release goals, and partner with our technology team to develop new products and solutions. Build, manage and develop a team of product managers and product support professionals. Creating program goals and related metrics, tracking progress and managing through obstacles to achieve your objectives Minimum qualifications 3+ years software product management experience in a product manager leadership role. Agile Product Management experience; ability to work iteratively and incrementally with the technology team to launch and deliver value to the customer. Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, support scope of requirements and prioritize. Sound business judgment and proven ability to influence others are critical to success in this position. Proven track record of delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality goals. An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment is crucial. Compelling presentation skills; presenting product features and feature requests to all levels of the organization. Technology savvy – able to work with technology teams to develop innovative customer-centric solutions. Proven track record of driving product innovation and bringing new products to market. Analytical background with experience in reporting various metrics related to product releases. Must remain flexible and be comfortable with ambiguity within a very demanding, constantly changing environment. Preferred Skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Exposure to legacy modernization projects and domain-driven design. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
