What you help shape will be used at scale. How you work We’re looking for someone who: Understands how things work in practice—not just on paper Can move between big-picture thinking and hands-on analysis Brings structure without overcomplicating Is comfortable challenging assumptions Knows when to push for standardisation and when flexibility is needed Experience we care about (not checkboxes) Strong signals include: Experience as a Business Analyst, Business Consultant, or similar (5+ years) Working in international or matrix organisations Involvement in system implementations, migrations, or transformations Improving processes by simplifying and structuring, not adding complexity Communicating effectively across different levels, including senior stakeholders Fluency in English is required.
