About the role As Graphic Design Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality design solutions across our Continence Care category in North America. Acting as the link between internal stakeholders and external agencies, you will ensure that design execution is timely, aligned with brand guidelines, and adapted to local market needs. Working in a matrix organization, you will manage multiple design flows simultaneously - balancing strategic input with hands-on coordination and planning. You’ll collaborate closely with Marketing, Technical Packaging, and suppliers to ensure each design meets business, regulatory, and production requirements while maintaining consistency and efficiency. This is a hybrid role based in Philadelphia. The role reports to the Senior Manager Graphic and Pack Design, in the Master Brand & Communications Team in the Continence Care Category. What You Will Do Artwork Coordination: Ensure the end-to-end delivery of artwork and print files - from input gathering, managing translations to final artwork approval across stakeholders, and initiating prepress work Process Management: Coordinate parallel design workflows, ensuring timelines are met and deliverables remain aligned with plans. We’re right now in a transition phase, and experience from working in artwork systems is a requirement. Agency Collaboration: Brief external design agencies, assign tasks, and provide structured feedback on artwork and concepts Stakeholder Alignment: Independently lead and collaborate withing cross-functional teams across geographies, including Marketing, Packaging, and Brand to ensure quality in output, efficient processes and timely deliveries Design Implementation: Adapt master designs across product variants and markets while ensuring compliance with brand guidelines Quality & Compliance: Safeguard high standards of design quality and ensure production feasibility, including print considerations as well as regulatory and quality requirements due to medical device classification in EU. Continuous Improvement: Contribute to efficient workflows and cost optimization by identifying smarter design and production solutions Who You Are You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset. Experience

in graphic design development and artwork coordination, with a deep understanding of artwork creation workflows and knowledge from working in artwork systems

Experience
