Why This Role Matters In this role, you will help strengthen and grow our franchise retail network across Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands by building trusted partnerships with franchisees and supporting their long-term business success. Through collaboration, data-driven insights, and operational expertise, you will help partners improve performance, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and implement sustainable growth strategies. Working closely with franchise partners and cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the consistent delivery of our retail standards, support business development initiatives, and help shape the future of our retail network. What Will You Do? Partner with franchisees to develop and implement business plans, monitor key performance indicators, and identify opportunities to improve sales, profitability, and operational performance. Support the consistent implementation of retail standards, brand guidelines, and operational best practices across the franchise network. Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching activities that help franchise partners strengthen capabilities, improve processes, and enhance customer experience. Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Training, and other internal teams to support new programs, digital tools, and retail initiatives. Analyze market trends, business performance, and partner feedback to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and contribute to the development of future retail strategies. Support the growth and sustainability of the franchise network by contributing to partner acquisition, onboarding, business case development, and franchise retention initiatives. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business, Commerce, Retail Management, or a related field. 7+ years of experience in retail, sales, business development, franchise management, or a customer-facing commercial environment. Experience in the automotive, mobility, tire, or related industry is considered an advantage. Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to interpret commercial data and translate insights into practical recommendations. Excellent relationship-building, communication, and coaching skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders. Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Fluency in English, Dutch, and French.
