Why This Role Matters We offer a fixed term contract for at least 1 year. The role focuses on managing customer orders and order-to-cash processes, ensuring smooth end-to-end follow-up in line with Goodyear standards while delivering high customer value and satisfaction. You will work closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to ensure customer needs are met, handle special requests, and proactively support the overall order management process. A key part of the role is ensuring reliable order execution, timely communication on availability and delivery, and efficient resolution of customer claims in the Quality Management system across logistics, billing, and pricing areas. Success is measured through service level, delivery performance, and customer satisfaction, with a strong focus on first-time resolution and continuously improving the customer experience. What You’ll Do Take ownership of customer orders from start to finish, ensuring smooth and accurate order processing. Support customers with delivery timelines, product availability, and smart alternatives when needed. Proactively follow up on orders and customer inquiries to ensure a seamless end-to-end experience. Collaborate closely with Sales and Supply Chain teams to solve customer needs and special requests. Handle customer claims in the Quality Management (QM) system and support fast, fair resolution. Ensure first-time resolution wherever possible - making things easy and efficient for the customer. What We’re Looking For Fluent Norwegian, Swedish, and English communication skills. 4–5+ years of experience in customer service, order management, supply chain, or similar roles. A naturally proactive mindset — someone who spots what needs to be done before being asked. Strong Excel skills and comfort working with systems (SAP experience is a plus). A calm, structured approach to multitasking in a fast-moving environment. A collaborative spirit — someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, team-oriented culture A genuine focus on customer care, empathy, and building long-term relationships.
