Reporting to the HR Director, the HRBP will serve as a trusted advisor to leaders and associates, driving people strategies that support organizational performance, employee engagement, and business growth. This role will play a critical part in fostering a positive employee experience by partnering closely with leaders on employee and labor relations, performance management, talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, and leadership capability building. Responsibilities
Strategic HR Partnership Serve as a trusted advisor, coach, and strategic partner to business leaders on people-related matters. Partner with leaders to align talent and organizational strategies with business objectives. Provide guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and change management initiatives. Employee and Labor Relations Lead and support employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, grievance management, and policy interpretation. Partner with leaders to proactively address workplace concerns and foster a positive and respectful work environment. Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and HR governance standards. Analyze employee relations trends and recommend actions to mitigate risk and improve organizational health. Leadership Engagement and Development Coach managers and leaders on employee engagement, leadership effectiveness, communication, accountability, and team development. Partner with leaders to drive engagement action plans and foster a high-performance culture. Support leadership capability-building initiatives that strengthen people management and employee experience. Performance Management Drive the performance management process and provide coaching to leaders on goal setting, performance conversations, feedback, development planning, and accountability. Partner with leaders to effectively manage performance concerns and recognize high-performing talent. Monitor performance outcomes and identify opportunities to improve organizational effectiveness and productivity. Talent and Organizational Development Partner with Talent Management and Learning & Development teams to identify capability gaps and implement development solutions. Support talent reviews, succession planning, and career development initiatives. Facilitate organizational change initiatives and help leaders navigate transitions effectively. Culture and Engagement Lead initiatives that promote an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing work environment. Analyze engagement data and partner with leaders to develop action plans that improve retention, productivity, and employee experience. Champion company values and culture throughout the employee lifecycle. Continuous Improvement and HR Excellence Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes, improve service delivery, and enhance the overall employee experience. Leverage people data and analytics to provide insights that support business decision-making. Lead and participate in HR and business improvement projects that contribute to organizational success. Professional Experience/
Qualifications
7+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably supporting Shared Services, BPO, GBS, or multinational organizations. Strong experience in employee relations, labor relations, performance management, and leadership coaching. Demonstrated ability to influence and partner effectively with leaders at multiple organizational levels. Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices. Excellent communication, facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
