Qualifications
As a Registered Nurse on our Medical Surgical/Telemetry Unit, you will be responsible for interpreting and implementing the plan of care, providing individualized nursing care, and evaluating patient outcomes. You will use your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to deliver safe, compassionate, and evidence-based care while collaborating closely with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members. Patient Care & Clinical Assessment Assess, monitor, and evaluate patient conditions Interpret and implement individualized plans of care Modify treatment plans based on patient responses and clinical status Accurately screen and triage acute patients Medication Administration & Monitoring Administer medications and treatments safely and effectively Monitor patients for reactions or side effects Record and communicate changes in patient condition Documentation & Communication Maintain accurate, complete, and timely patient records Document medical information, assessments, and vital signs Report symptoms, changes in condition, and patient outcomes Collaboration & Care Coordination Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary team members Participate in care planning, implementation, and evaluation Support a team-based approach to delivering exceptional patient care Required

Education
Associate Degree in Nursing required Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
Experience
