Review and process new contract requests by creating contract records, completing required fields, uploading documentation, coordinating approvals, review cycles, compliance checks, and electronic signatures. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, contract requestors, reviewers, and approvers to ensure timely contract review, execution, and compliance with agreed service levels. Maintain signed contract documentation throughout the contract lifecycle by managing amendments, renewals, reminders, and key contractual milestones within the contract management system. Ensure contract documentation is archived accurately, both electronically and physically where required, in accordance with Goodyear's contract governance and compliance policies.
