Job Description Lead a multi-functional Finance Operations team responsible for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR / Invoice-to-Cash) and Tax processes, ensuring end-to-end delivery, compliance and operational excellence. Oversee daily operations including vendor master maintenance, invoice processing, collections, billing support, tax compliance activities, reconciliations and issue resolution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and adherence to internal policies and fiscal regulations. Ensure that all transactions are properly supported with the required documentation for correct accounting recognition, tax reporting and audit readiness, mitigating compliance risks. Build and develop a high-performing team by fostering an open communication culture, setting clear priorities, behaviors and deliverables, and driving engagement and accountability. Define, monitor and report on KPIs and SLAs such as DPO, DSO, aging and compliance rates, taking corrective actions when needed. Supervise team performance, provide regular feedback and formal evaluations, and support team members through development plans and career mentoring. Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders, controllers, sourcing, tax and finance partners, managing escalations and complex issues. Establish strong operating rhythms and collaboration models with cross-functional teams. Drive migrations, process stabilization, standardization and continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and optimization efforts, ensuring robust governance, internal controls (SOX) and audit compliance across all processes.
