Responsibilities

Drive deployment, adoption, and governance of Operational Excellence (OpEx) tools and methodologies, including Visual Management, SQC, A3 Problem Solving, Kaizen, and Action Plans across the assigned business scope. Lead the implementation, localization, and governance of the Operating System, ensuring effective adoption of visual management and performance management routines while maintaining alignment with global standards. Coach leaders and frontline teams on OpEx principles, standard work, leadership routines, and performance management practices to reinforce operational discipline and continuous improvement behaviors. Program manage improvement initiatives to ensure actions are delivered, benefits are realized, and improvements are sustained over time, while providing visibility and governance of progress. Identify Operational Excellence capability gaps and develop targeted interventions to build skills, strengthen competencies, and improve organizational maturity in continuous improvement practices. Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders to embed a culture of Operational Excellence, accountability, structured problem solving, and data-driven decision making. Monitor adoption, compliance, and effectiveness of OpEx tools, routines, and governance mechanisms, recommending and implementing corrective actions where required. Leverage technology, automation, analytics, and digital tools to enhance Operational Excellence deployment, simplify ways of working, and improve business performance outcomes. Experience

& Skills 8+ years of experience in Operations, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean in industries related to Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing, or related disciplines. Proven experience in deploying and sustaining Operational Excellence frameworks and performance management systems.

Experience

facilitating improvement initiatives, problem-solving workshops, and cross-functional projects.

Experience

coaching leaders and frontline teams in structured improvement methodologies. Exposure to logistics, warehousing, transportation, or integrated supply chain operations is preferred. Certifications (Preferred) Lean Six Sigma Black Belt. Lean Practitioner or Continuous Improvement certification. Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) is an advantage.
