Helps operationalize a modern physician engagement model that integrates provider relationship management, CRM strategy, referral communication workflows, engagement analytics, provider segmentation, and operational coordination to strengthen referral partnerships, improve provider experience, and support oncology network growth. Leads the administration and optimization of physician relationship management systems, provider intelligence, and engagement data to ensure accurate provider profiles, activity tracking, opportunity management, segmentation, and relationship visibility. Utilizes provider engagement analytics, referral trends, CRM insights, and market intelligence to identify opportunities for targeted engagement, prioritize relationship development activities, and inform strategic decision-making. Develops and manages referral communication strategies and provider engagement workflows designed to improve referral transparency, communication effectiveness, provider satisfaction, and the overall referral experience. Partners closely with the Patient Care Coordination Center, Referral Hub, Access, Clinical Operations, and physician leadership to identify barriers affecting referral progression, implement process improvements, and strengthen operational performance across the provider experience. Collaborates across marketing, communications, analytics, digital strategy, clinical leadership, access, operations, and network development teams to align provider engagement initiatives with organizational growth priorities, referral development strategies, and enterprise oncology objectives. Monitors engagement performance through defined metrics and continuously refines engagement approaches using provider feedback, behavioral insights, referral analytics, and performance data. Maintains provider segmentation, relationship records, contact histories, and engagement activity tracking. Partners with patient care coordination, referral hub, access, and operations teams to identify process improvements and reduce referral friction. Coordinates relationship management activities across internal teams to ensure consistent communication and operational alignment.
