Why This Role Matters In this role, you will help create a seamless and reliable technology experience for associates and senior leaders across the organization. By combining hands-on executive support with service ownership and continuous improvement, you will ensure workplace technologies remain secure, efficient, and aligned with evolving business needs. Working closely with colleagues across IT, business teams, and external partners, you will contribute to delivering high-quality technology services, improving user experience, and supporting the ongoing modernization of workplace technology solutions. What Will You Do? Provide responsive, high-quality technology support for senior leaders, ensuring a seamless experience for meetings, collaboration, and day-to-day business activities. Partner with IT teams, managed service providers, and vendors to coordinate issue resolution, maintain service quality, and continuously enhance workplace technology services. Support the governance and lifecycle management of workplace technologies, including end-user devices, mobile solutions, collaboration tools, and related services. Develop service documentation, monitor performance metrics, and identify opportunities to improve service delivery, user satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Collaborate with Procurement, Finance, and technology partners to support asset management, lifecycle planning, and technology standardization. Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives by evaluating new technologies, supporting service enhancements, and helping strengthen the overall associate experience. What We're Looking For 3–5+ years of experience in workplace technology, end-user computing, IT support, executive support, or a related technology services environment. Experience supporting senior leaders or business-critical users, with a strong customer-focused and service-oriented approach. Good understanding of workplace technologies, collaboration platforms, mobile and telecom services, IT service management (ITSM), and device lifecycle management. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to coordinate solutions across multiple teams and external partners. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, stakeholders, vendors, and senior leaders. Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and attention to detail. Experience with service reporting, performance metrics, procurement, asset governance, or continuous improvement methodologies is considered an advantage.
