Position Summary The ER Part Leader will lead the Employee Relations team at the South Carolina manufacturing facility, handle and meet the needs of the HR department and organization. Responsibilities
1. Employee Relations Management: Cultivate a transparent and cooperative workplace environment. Develop and implement communication strategies that bridge gaps and resolve grievances in a timely manner. Research, benchmark, and identify semiconductor industry approaches towards organized labor and collaborate with regional HR leaders to establish a Samsung US labor relations policy and strategy. 2. Compliance & Labor Relations: Ensure all HR policies and plant operations strictly adhere to federal and state employment laws. Manage relationships and negotiations with employee representatives if applicable. 3. Conflict Resolution & Investigations: Oversee and conduct confidential investigations into workplace complaints, including misconduct, discrimination, and policy violations. Recommend appropriate corrective actions. Manage grievance processes and employee escalations while ensuring confidentiality and retaliation preventative measures. 4. Policy Development: Design, update, and localize ER policies and procedures in alignment with both Samsung’s global culture and U.S. labor standards. 5. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop the ER team members at the production site to achieve HR and business objectives. 6. Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner closely with Legal, HR Business Partners (HRBP), operations management and external stakeholders to address organizational challenges and support a rapidly growing manufacturing environment. #LI-ONSITE Skills and
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Leadership, Psychology, Business Administration/Management or related discipline 2. Certification: SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, and or SPHR certification preferred. 3.
Experience
Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Employee Relations, Labor Relations, or HRBP roles, ideally within a manufacturing or corporate setting. 4. Leadership: Proven supervisory or team management experience, with the ability to build consensus and guide teams through change. 5. Knowledge: Deep understanding of U.S. labor and employment laws (e.g., Title VII, FLSA, FMLA, ADA) and HR best practices. 6. Skills: Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Strong ability to handle highly sensitive data with absolute confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills, strong organizational skills, and cooperative, flexible, team-oriented attitude. 7. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 8. Domestic role.
