Duties

Responsibilities

Administer the Quality Management System by creating and maintaining quality records, including Hold Tags, NCNs, Point Cards, Recheck Records, Sort Stickers, IPP packets, and controlled documentation. Plan, conduct, document, and follow up on Internal IATF 16949 audits to ensure compliance with company procedures, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards. Process customer quality claims, coordinate returned material inspections, and monitor corrective action effectiveness through required follow-up intervals. Perform product audits, inspection testing, and containment activities to verify product conformity and ensure proper disposition of nonconforming material. Compile, analyze, and present quality performance metrics, including KPIs, Hold Events, OCAPs, PCNs, and monthly Manufacturing Quality reports. Support continuous improvement initiatives through OES implementation, SIP activities, root cause analysis, and corrective and preventive action processes. Maintain accurate quality documentation and records while ensuring document control and compliance with Quality Management System requirements. Support manufacturing operations by performing assigned dispatch responsibilities, maintaining 5S standards, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues. Conduct quality-related training for new employees and supervisors, promoting quality awareness and compliance with documentation and quality system requirements. Perform additional duties, special projects, and other responsibilities as assigned by the Quality Manager or direct supervisor in support of departmental and organizational objectives. Required

Qualifications

Knowledge of quality management systems, audits, corrective actions, and customer complaint processes. Strong organizational, communication, and analytical skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

Education

Associate degree in Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience may be considered. Work

Experience

Previous experience in manufacturing is preferred

Experience

working within an IATF 16949 manufacturing environment.

Experience

with root cause analysis methodologies and continuous improvement tools. Familiarity with manufacturing quality documentation and KPI reporting. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Supervisor
