The Role & Your Impact As a Health & Safety Specialist, you will play a key operational role in implementing health and safety programs and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. With a strong focus on execution, you will work closely with site leadership and frontline teams to prevent incidents, investigate root causes, and promote a strong safety culture. Key responsibilities include: Implementing health and safety programs to support a safe manufacturing environment. Conducting safety training in line with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Leading incident investigations and supporting corrective and preventive actions. Conducting and maintaining job hazard analyses. Assisting with industrial hygiene surveys and employee programs such as fire prevention, emergency response, evacuation planning, and ergonomics. What You’ll Need to Be Successful To succeed in this role, you bring a solid technical foundation and hands-on experience in health and safety within a manufacturing or technical environment. Must-haves: Bachelor’s degree in Safety or a related technical field. 3–5 years of relevant experience in a technical or manufacturing setting. Working knowledge of applicable standards and frameworks, including OSHA, ISO 45001, ISO 14001, ISO 50001, and related regulations. Strong time management and stakeholder management skills. Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills in English. Additional Skills & Interests We Value While not required, the following would be considered strong assets: Professional certifications such as CSP, ARM, ALCH, or CIH.

Experience

supporting industrial hygiene programs or ergonomics initiatives. A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement in safety practices.

Working Conditions

This role is office-based at our West Allis, WI site. Regular interaction with production and operations areas is expected. Travel is approximately 10%, primarily related to training or site support activities. Compensation &
