As a student placement within our Innovation team based in Hilversum, Netherlands, you will coordinate marketing and communication activities to raise internal awareness of IFF innovation and technologies with our commercial and technical teams in Europe, Africa and Middle East. You will work closely with the Regional Innovation leader and Marketing functions. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their marketing communications career, while experiencing many facets of the fascinating world of flavors for food and beverages. Where You’ll Make a Difference Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including flavor innovation, marketing and product development, to help in developing and delivering internal marketing communication materials on IFF flavor innovation and technologies. Create inspiring, eye-catching internal marketing and communication materials within IFF brand guidelines, using IFF templates (posters, leaflets, videos, etc.) Coordinate the regional distribution of the developed marketing and communication materials. What Makes You the Right Fit Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications, Marketing or Business Administration, or a related field (you need to be still a student till the end of the internship). Passion for Marketing and Communication in the world of food and beverages, with a strong desire to learn and grow in this field. A background in food science or chemistry is a plus. Highly organized with a keen eye for detail and layout and the ability to manage and coordinate multiple tasks and deadlines. Proactive, creative, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in an international environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel,) and basic graphic and video creation design skills as a plus. A creative approach and a genuine interest in food and drinks! This is a paid internship position with a duration of 6 months. The intern will report to the Regional Innovation Director Taste EAME and works closely with the Marketing team.
