Be the First to Apply Job Description FTC - Shared ServicesPurchase Enablement executive Qualification and Experience Full time bachelor with minimum 60% throughout academic (BSC-IT, BCA, BMS, Bcom, BE) - Excellent command over English communication is must, with ability to present / train vendors and site team, articulate thoughts - Ability to work in cross cultural set-up - Quick in learning the new technology, concepts related to Purchase. - End user experience of Ariba, GEP, Coupa or any other purchase tool will be added advantage - Full time or part time MBA would be added advantage. - 1 to 3 years’ experience in procurement operations would be added advantage Job Responsibilities This position will be responsible for leading the efforts to increase the adoption level of Procurement platform (GEP PPaCt supplier enablement) among the vendor community. This platform empowers buyers and vendors to digitize their transactions and improve the speed and accuracy. The activities involved 1. Maintain supplier rate catalogue in GEP PPaCt and SAP 2. Monitor the accuracy of the rate catalogue and seek guidance from category team on revision of the catalogues. 3. Act as facilitator to schedule Live auctions and follow-up with vendors to ensure required vendors join the live-action. Performs the role of moderator during live auction 4. Follow-up with vendors to register on the GEP PPaCt platform, understand and resolve their basic concerns, seek intervention from regional supply chain leader to convince nonconfirming vendors. 5. Understand the end to end concept of GEP PPaCt and various activities performed such as RFx, rate catalogue, contracts, auctions, order confirmation, ASNs etc. and train the new joiners at site on how to use it 6. Support / facilitate with site team to create the new material codes, supplier codes 7. Act as helpdesk to resolve L1 level issues (knowledge gap) of end users and vendors about PPaCt 8. Follow-up with vendors for getting order confirmations, Advance shipping notifications, Deliveries, Invoice uploads through GSP PPaCt portal 9.
