Project Manager About the Role The Project Manager is a key leadership role within Reynosa Operations, responsible for driving strategic projects and ensuring alignment with global and regional objectives. This position supports the project portfolio, and ensures governance, prioritization, and execution of initiatives that directly impact operational efficiency, cost optimization, and business continuity. Responsibilities
Portfolio Management: Support the project portfolio, ensuring prioritization, functional resource allocation, and alignment with business objectives. Project Delivery: Lead high-impact projects from initiation to closure, applying best practices in scope, schedule, and risk management. Resource Allocation: Manage resource planning and ensure alignment and coordination with the other key functions involved to ensure optimal support for initiatives. Audits & Procedures: Develop, maintain procedures related to project management. Artwork & Packaging Management: Oversee artwork and packaging processes, ensuring timely approvals and alignment with branding and regulatory requirements. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, Finance) to ensure project success. Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior leadership on project status, risks, and benefits realization. Continuous Improvement: Drive adoption of project management methodologies and tools to enhance efficiency and transparency. Who You Are
Education
Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related field Work
Experience
Solid project management experience above 5 years of production and innovation projects. Project Management certification is desirable.
