Job Description Rockwell Automation is hiring! We are looking for an Associate Sales Account Manager to be based in our Bangkok office. In this customer-facing sales role you will liaise and build relationships with our customers executive management teams to exceed allocated sales target across a broad range of industrial software, power control and process control solutions. Your competitive advantage and success will be achieved by leveraging Rockwell Automation's key areas of innovation and differentiation, our Smart Manufacturing – Industry 4.0 – technologies such as Augmented Reality, best in class IIoT platforms, Advanced Analytics, MES solutions and our Connected Enterprise integrated architecture. The individual is responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships at assigned accounts including but not limited to End Users, OEMs, and System Integrators, while coordinating the activity with distributors to ensure effective and efficient utilization of resources. Responsibilities

1. Achieve Profitable Growth Achieve assigned revenue and margin targets Build a robust, qualified pipeline (3–4x coverage) across automation, software, and lifecycle services Prioritize high-value opportunities and manage long-cycle, complex deals 2. Strategic Account Development Develop multi-year account plans for main customers Establish relationships at C-level and plant leadership levels Position as a trusted advisor on digital transformation 3. Outcome-Based and Consultative Selling Lead with benefits (ROI, OEE improvement, energy savings, risk reduction) Position integrated solutions across: Control & Safety Systems Industrial Software & Analytics IIoT / Connected Enterprise Cybersecurity & Lifecycle Services Translate customer challenges into quantified business cases 4. Orchestrate Us Lead teams (engineering, domain experts, services) to deliver winning proposals Leverage regional/global resources to bring the best solutions Ensure strong agreement between sales, delivery, and customer success 5. Market Leadership Build industry presence and credibility in Thailand Identify white spaces and new opportunities in digitalization and sustainability Monitor competitors and refine go-to-market strategies The Essentials - You Will Have: Degree in Engineering or related field >5 years of experience in industrial automation, digitalization, or related sectors

Experience

in strategic/complex sales within heavy industries in Thailand

Experience

with plant operations and industrial value drivers Hunter mindset with strategic discipline Navigate complex organizations and decision-makers Strong financial skills (business case development, value articulation)

Experience

establishing communication and engagement with prospects in Thai & English High ownership and execution focus The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

Experience

in selling digital transformation / Connected Enterprise solutions Exposure to EPCs, large CapEx projects, or modernization programs Understanding of cybersecurity, sustainability, or energy optimization
