The Project Management Specialist in Customer Support will drive strategy through collaboration and integration across the organization; partnering closely with leadership to define strategic priorities, make recommendations, ensure execution and visibility. This role requires effective communication, influence, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively across teams and functions. Lead complex, cross functional projects from concept through implementation, ensuring on time delivery, within budget and alignment with business objectives Manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities across all functional teams Directs and provides high level studies/analysis (trend, variance, impact), determines scope, reports, and oversight of planning requests. Identifies risk and opportunity potential, develops mitigation planning and refines the business case. Develop visibility of the future business environment, opportunities and key projects Develops solutions to highly complex problems that require ingenuity and innovation. Authorizes commitment of resources by obtaining approvals from stakeholders. Mentor and coach project team members promoting project management best practices and career development This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Engineering, Finance or a related field OR equivalent work experience 6-8 years + of experience in Program or Project Management. 6-8 years + of experience developing presentation materials suitable for executive level management. 6-8 years + of experience building relationships and partnering with all levels of employees, including executives. 6-8 years + of experience working in ambiguous and fast changing environments
