Product Development & Delivery Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery, definition, delivery, adoption, and optimization Partner with Engineering and Design in a strong product-engineering-design triad Enable metrics-based product development, through OKRs, experimentation, and continuous improvement Drive delivery speed, predictability, and quality across teams 5. Platform & Ecosystem Strategy Drive convergence toward a scalable platform architecture, reducing fragmentation and enabling reuse Lead development of API-first capabilities, integrations, and partner ecosystems Enable cross-product interoperability and shared services 7. Go-To-Market Alignment Partner with Product Marketing to define positioning, messaging, and launch strategies Ensure alignment with Sales and Customer Success on value proposition, enablement, and adoption Support strategic deals and key customer engagements to drive growth and retention 8. & Capabilities Proven experience in senior product leadership roles within B2B SaaS environments Track record of owning and scaling multi-product portfolios, ideally at significant revenue scale Strong business acumen, with demonstrated ownership of revenue, growth, and monetization outcomes Deep expertise in modern product management practices, including agile development, discovery, and experimentation
