Key Account Manager – Healthcare Are you a commercially minded sales professional who thrives on building strategic partnerships and driving growth? Reporting to the National Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of high-value healthcare accounts, developing new business opportunities, and fostering long-term customer relationships. About the Role As our Key Account Manager – Healthcare, you will drive sustainable sales growth by identifying opportunities, developing strategic account plans, and delivering value-based solutions to customers across the healthcare sector. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure exceptional customer experiences while achieving revenue and profitability objectives. What You Will Do Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve and exceed sales, growth, and profitability targets. Identify, qualify, and convert new business opportunities through a structured sales approach. Build, manage, and maintain a robust sales pipeline to support future business growth. Lead customer negotiations, contract renewals, and pricing discussions aligned with business objectives. Deliver joint business reviews and provide customers with insights and recommendations that support their goals. Build strong relationships with key decision-makers across healthcare organizations. Collaborate with Marketing, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and Sales teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes. Analyze customer, market, and competitor data to identify risks, trends, and growth opportunities. Maintain accurate customer information and sales activity through CRM systems. Support customers through education, product training, and best-practice continence care solutions. Represent Essity at industry events, conferences, and customer-facing activities to strengthen relationships and grow brand awareness. Contribute market insights and customer feedback to support continuous improvement and business strategy. Who You Are You are a relationship-focused sales professional who combines strong commercial acumen with a genuine passion for delivering customer value. You enjoy identifying opportunities, influencing stakeholders, and translating insights into business results. You bring: Proven experience in Key Account Management, B2B sales, or a related commercial role.

Experience

within healthcare, aged care, medical devices, consumables, or a related industry is highly regarded - but not essential Demonstrated success achieving sales targets, winning new business, and growing customer accounts. Strong understanding of commercial drivers, pricing strategies, and customer profitability. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills. Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to interpret data and identify actionable insights.

Experience

working with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office applications. A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams. A current driver's license and willingness to travel as required. The ability to maintain required healthcare site access requirements, including influenza vaccination compliance. with SAP Sales and Service Cloud, CPQ, or eCommerce platforms. Knowledge of the Residential Aged Care and Homecare sectors. This role can be located in either Melbourne from our Mulgrave Head office site or from our QLD Head office in Kedron.
