Warum Diese Rolle Wichtig Ist In dieser Rolle beraten Sie den Arbeitgeber bei der Planung, Ausführung und Unterhaltung von Betriebsanlagen und sozialen Einrichtungen sowie bei der Beschaffung technischer Arbeitsmittel und der Einführung von Arbeitsverfahren und Arbeitsstoffen; zudem unterstützen Sie bei der ergonomischen Gestaltung von Arbeitsplätzen und Arbeitsabläufen. Was Sie Tun Werden Auswahl und Erprobung von Arbeitsschutzmitteln sowie Finden geeigneter Schutzmaßnahmen gegen Staub, Lärm, Strahlung etc. Erstellung und Aktualisierung von Betriebsanweisungen und Vorschriften sowie Sicherheitskonzepten und -programmen Sicherheitstechnische Überprüfung von Betriebsanlagen und technischen Arbeitsmitteln sowie Arbeitsverfahren vor der Inbetriebnahme Begehung von Arbeitsstätten und Sicherstellung der Benutzung von Körperschutzmitteln sowie Meldung von Mängeln Ursachenuntersuchung bei Arbeitsunfällen und Gefährdungsermittlung sowie dazugehöriges Reporting und Vorschlagen von Maßnahmen zur Verhütung Einfordern der Einhaltung der Arbeitsvorschriften zum Thema Arbeitssicherheit Pflege des internen und externen Berichtswesens für den Bereich Arbeitssicherheit und Gesundheitsschutz sowie Übernahme von Behördenkontakten Wonach wir suchen Abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Fachkraft für Arbeitssicherheit (Sifa) Ein erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Arbeitssicherheit oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation ist wünschenswert Einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Arbeitssicherheit Kenntnisse im Umweltschutz, insbesondere in den Bereichen Abfallwirtschaft, Gewässerschutz und Immissionsschutz, sind von Vorteil.
