Your Impact As a Talent Partner supporting Henry Schein One’s European businesses, you’ll focus on hiring talents for a broad range of positions (IC through to Management level) across several existing and exciting new functions including Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Engineering, Operations & Support, and Finance. You’ll act as a recruitment partner, building strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels, and hire crucial positions that will underpin the next phase our exciting growth journey as we scale across Europe. Beyond hiring, you’ll partner with hiring managers and collaborate with our Head of People to support building functions and talent processes from the ground up and begin to surface data to help mature market intelligence, improve candidate experience, and guide future hiring strategy. What you'll do Talent Sourcing & Market Engagement Design and execute sourcing strategies to identify and attract high calibre talent Proactively engage passive candidates via LinkedIn, sourcing platforms, and other channels. Own the pipeline management of all direct talent with the ATS for your positions Act as a brand ambassador, articulating the company’s vision, mission and culture Candidate Screening Conduct video screening calls to assess candidate skill, motivation & cultural suitability Build strong candidate relationships to maximise engagement and successful outcomes Carry out pre-screening activities such as psychometric assessments Present the company Employer Value Proposition in a compelling and authentic way. Candidate & Stakeholder Management Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously, owning the recruitment process end to end. Coordinate and streamline interview processes Prepare candidate shortlists and submit recommendations to hiring managers Support salary discussions, offer preparation, negotiation, and closing Deliver a professional, positive, and engaging candidate XP across the e2e recruitment journey. Partner with hiring managers to identify and support individual onboarding plans. Data Management Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant data entry within the ATS Gather hiring metrics and market intel to inform and strengthen our data-driven hiring strategy Support HR projects related School & Early Careers Partnerships Develop relationships with universities and schools to promote internship and gap year opportunities. Coordinate internship and gap year programs in collaboration with hiring managers and HR partners. Act as a point of contact for students and school representatives for early-career roles. Contribute to the promotion of internship and gap year opportunities internally, encouraging teams to host and mentor early-career talent. Participate in campus events, career fairs, or virtual sessions to support employer branding initiatives. Assist in tracking and reporting on early-career hiring activities and outcomes. Your
Experience
4-6 years of recruitment experience (in-house exposure preferable)
Experience
hiring a range of Commercial positions (Engineering and Operations is a bonus) Mature sourcing skills across a variety of platforms, tools, and methods Credible experience in creating sourcing strategies
Experience
with ATS systems (Team Tailor, Workday preferable) Exposure to data-driven hiring or reporting
Experience
