As a Customer Care Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales teams, ensuring the smooth execution of quoting activities and delivering a high-quality experience to our customers. Acting as a key point of contact, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to provide timely support, resolve queries, and contribute to the overall customer experience. What You'll Be Doing: Support Sales and Customer Success teams with day-to-day quoting and commercial activities. Manage and coordinate customer requests and spot quotations, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Communicate with German-speaking customers, providing updates on services, pricing, and changes. Help resolve customer queries and issues, working cross-functionally to find solutions quickly. Support follow-ups and escalations, ensuring a seamless customer experience. Maintain accurate data and contribute to reporting and administrative tasks. Take part in process improvements and team initiatives, helping to drive efficiency and quality. What We're Looking For: German language skills at Intermediate level (B1/B2 or equivalent) or above. Good English language skills for communication within our international environment. 1–2 years of experience in customer care, customer service, customer support, sales support, quoting, shared services, or a related operational role. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A proactive mindset and willingness to learn. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Basic knowledge of MS Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word. Why join us?
