To give optimum productivity with subsequent improvement in it as per need, within specified time and quality by effective utilization of available resources so as to deliver the product as per market requirement. 5. To maintain department cleanliness. 6. To train subordinates. 7. To determine internal and external QEHS issues as well as needs and expectations of relevant interested parties and monitor the same. 8. To implement QEHS policy & objectives. 9. Ensure use of PPE. 10. To identify hazards & risk of defined process and control on it (Unsafe condition / Reporting of near miss, accidents) 11. To identify & communicate incidents QEHS non conformities, investigate and take corrective actions on the same. 12. To ensure work permit system during maintenance. 13. To participate and consult EHS activities to promote the EHS culture in the organization. 14. To implement QEHS continual improvement projects at site and monitor. 15. Responsible for providing quality product and maintaining quality system of company. 16. To avoid of breach of data integrity at all the levels. 17. Do proper sanitation activities at all the levels. 18. Cross verification of Raw Material and packing material. 19. Daily Verification of weighing balance. 20. Update door status label of area, Weight, label & record the weight of blended powder in BMR. 21. Follow gowning procedure and use proper PPEs before entering into production areas. 22. Write online Batch Manufacturing Record. And coordinate to prepare and review departmental documents. 23. Switch off area tube lights and other utilities when it is not required. 24.
