You will be responsible for: Safety: Driving a strong safety culture across the function to ensure a safe and incident-free workplace. Ensuring compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and Corporate Technical & Industrial (CTI) safety requirements. Promoting safe work practices and ensuring that no employee or contractor is exposed to unsafe working conditions. Compliance: Ensuring all quality-related statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met within the stipulated timelines. Preventing adverse observations, notices, or non-compliance issues from regulatory and statutory authorities. Driving adherence to Global Quality Management System (GQMTS) standards and ensuring compliance across all quality processes. Supporting internal and external audits by ensuring complete compliance with quality standards and documentation requirements. Cost Management: Achieving Annual Operating Plan (AOP) cost targets and delivering approved cost optimization initiatives. Managing spare parts inventory in line with defined inventory norms. Ensuring maximum equipment uptime to minimize production losses and improve operational efficiency. Planning and executing quality improvement and expansion projects within approved budgets and timelines. Promoting effective teamwork, collaboration, and a high-performance culture within the Quality function. Quality: Ensuring the delivery of products that consistently meet customer quality expectations and organizational standards. Leading Plant Optimization initiatives, including DEC and WPO pillars, and driving all related quality improvement activities. Developing and implementing continuous quality improvement plans to enhance product quality, process capability, and customer satisfaction. Monitoring key quality performance indicators and implementing corrective and preventive actions to achieve quality objectives. Driving root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives using structured problem-solving methodologies. Regional Coordination: Coordinating with Regional Reliability Managers and Energy Coordinators to align reliability, energy management, and quality improvement initiatives. Supporting the implementation of regional quality, reliability, and energy strategies across the plant. Collaborating with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure effective execution of strategic initiatives and best practice sharing.
