Driving market/consumer insight and innovation initiatives in Thailand. The role involves the whole process starting from defining the objective and methodology until insights are delivered, in co-creation with Commercial and Technical Team. Together with the team support in identifying new future market opportunity with customer centricity based on combination of insight analysis and customers’ understanding (strategy, project development direction) Support market insights and innovation activations including local innovation day, roadshow, webinar and joint market visit to Brenntag’s key customers along with Commercial and Technical team. Enhancing our value adds approach to support. Support development of marketing tools, e.g. concept packaging, video creation, social media content and image presentation. Produce marketing materials e.g. newsletter on focus segments, online/offline editorial or advertorial. Coordinate and execute with local teams on all offline and online branding events, including workshops, fairs, exhibitions, webinars, e-marketing campaign. Supporting key local suppliers on market data generation. Other assignments as request by direct supervisors Job Requirement/Specification:
Education
Master’s/ Bachelor’s Degree in Research/ Marketing/ Business Administration/ Food Science
Experience
Minimum of 5 years with research, marketing and/or sales experience in Food and Nutrition business. Regional experience will be an advantage. Other prerequisite competencies: Fluent in Thai – writing and speaking Fluent in English – writing and speaking Good analytical skills and understanding of market knowledge Good presentation and writing skills Good in interpersonal & communication Goal and result-oriented Agile and flexible in mindset Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively Ability to travel as required by business Ability to work collaboratively as a team-player Proficient in MS office applications, AI platforms will be an advantage.
