Certified Green belt / Black Belt with proven track record of serving in Operational excellence / Business Excellence function for at least 2 yrs. 1. Lead & drive improvement projects. Demonstrating Lean Six Sigma/TPM tools for setting improvement plans 2. This individual helps lead the change process by working closely with the Site Leadership and Shop floor team in the journey of transformation and continuous improvement. 3. Follow ups for Daily Management System (DMS) framework and support identifying and handholding Kaizen completion. 4. Actively support the teams in the applicable TPM/ WCM activities on the shop floor. Lead the Promotion Campaign, coach leaders & team members for Op. Excellence in the factory. Assessment of the implementation progress. Define road map to take DMS into next levels & keep tracking the progress. 5. Coordinate risk assessments of the processes with cross functional team as & when required 6. Conduct/ coordinate training like White Belt, Yellow Belt & Support Green Belt trainings. Handhold participants to identify and certify LSS project. 7. Support Reward and Recognition program. Support team to identify ideas and improve idea per person metric. 8. Develop & implement defined processes at site. Motivate and empower people through positive attitude and stimulate change in traditional mind set. 9. Drive cost reduction programs like Yield improvement, Solvent recovery enhancement, Catalyst recovery improvement, Capacity mapping, Life cycle management, Product robustness improvement, Backward Integration methodology etc., 10. Proficient in Minitab software, Advanced Excel, MS Power point. Preferable tools like AI & ML, Python program would be added advantage 11.
