Responsibilities
1. Conduct intake meetings with salaried & hourly hiring managers to understand the position’s job descriptions, operational needs, qualifications & strategize an effective interview process for each requisition. 2. Process applications, identify qualified candidates, schedule & conduct interviews for hourly & salary employees, offer compensation packages, and track the hiring process. Review applicants from multiple postings on multiple job boards. Source and interview cold candidates on Indeed. 3. Develops strategic outreach plans and processes to ensure a diverse candidate pool and pipeline (includes attending career fairs, colleges & universities, and community events). 4. Develops, implements, and maintains a strategic comprehensive recruiting plan. 5. Create and maintain job postings. This could be done by other HR members (i.e. HR operations). 6. Ensure applicant tracking system (Workday), Excel spreadsheets (i.e. to track high profile recurring positions), and all other reporting's are updated regularly. Require staffing companies (i.e. FGP) to have their applicants apply to the actual Samsung job posting when an interview is requested. 7. Initiate and drive PUMI's to completion. Specifically; hiring PUMI's, processing staffing agency invoices, and budget PUMI's for all other recruiting costs. PUMI's are Samsungs electronic approval paths for anything that need permission first. NOTE: Operations should put the approved open job requisition into Workday to make sure that all of the specific job details are correct (i.e. job titles, Jeff's "Official Organization," etc.). #LI-ONSITE Skills and
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines; or 6 years of full-cycle recruiting in lieu of a Bachelor's degree. 2.
Experience
Minimum 2 - 4 years of experience as a full-cycle recruiter. 3. Knowledge: Knowledge of Federal and State laws regarding employment practices. Must have working knowledge of MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must possess the ability to learn and use new software. 4. Skills: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable cold calling, networking, and public speaking; Adaptable to change; Experienced recruitment skills including, but not limited to; sourcing, interviewing, and placement; Problem solving and creative thinking skills; Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage stress, and have a high sense of urgency; Excellent organizational skills with high attention to detail and demonstrated ability to effectively set and manage multiple conflicting priorities General Notice: Candidates are expected to honor their obligations to former employers.
