About the Role El Spare Parts Warehouse Operator es responsable de asegurar la correcta administración, control y disponibilidad de refacciones, herramientas y materiales utilizados por el área de mantenimiento. Este rol tiene un fuerte enfoque en gestión administrativa a través de SAP e inventarios (control de stock, requisiciones, seguimiento a órdenes), complementado con actividades operativas como recepción, acomodo y despacho de materiales. Su impacto es clave para garantizar la continuidad operativa de planta mediante una gestión eficiente y confiable del almacén. What You Will Do Administración y Control Generar y dar seguimiento a requisiciones de refacciones, herramientas y consumibles. Administrar altas de nuevos materiales y mantener actualizado el catálogo en SAP. Monitorear y controlar niveles de inventario (máximos y mínimos). Dar seguimiento a órdenes de compra pendientes de surtir. Registrar y validar movimientos de inventario (entradas, salidas y ajustes). Generar reportes de consumo, inventario y cierres mensuales. Apoyar en la revisión de facturas y control de gastos de mantenimiento. Gestionar y controlar materiales en consignación. Operación de Almacén Recibir, codificar y acomodar materiales, refacciones y consumibles bajo metodología FIFO (PEPS). Realizar inventarios físicos (cíclicos, internos y externos). Coordinar el despacho de refacciones, materiales y herramientas al personal de planta. Administrar y dar seguimiento al control de herramientas (préstamo, estado y reemplazo). Revisar y asegurar el buen estado de herramientas. Who You Are Carrera técnica o preparatoria concluida (logística, industrial, mantenimiento o afín), Deseable, recién egresados en Ingeniería Industrial. Experiencia en almacenes industriales, refacciones o control de inventarios. Conocimiento en SAP o sistemas ERP (indispensable o altamente deseable). Experiencia en gestión de inventarios, requisiciones y seguimiento a órdenes de compra. Manejo de Excel básico/intermedio. Alta atención al detalle y precisión en registros. Capacidad de organización y seguimiento. Habilidad para colaborar con áreas operativas (mantenimiento, producción, compras). Actitud proactiva, sentido de urgencia y enfoque en servicio interno.
