We’re looking for a PCI Compliance Analyst to join our ever-evolving Risk & Compliance team and help shape the future of global commerce. What you'll own Support the day-to-day execution of the organization’s PCI DSS compliance program, helping maintain a continuous state of compliance and audit readiness. Maintain, organize, and update compliance evidence repositories, ensuring documentation is accurate, complete, and readily available for assessments and audits. Track and monitor PCI compliance status across systems, applications, and business units, identifying potential gaps and opportunities for improvement. Perform control validation activities, including reviews of security configurations, access controls, logging practices, and other PCI-related requirements. Assist with internal and external PCI audits by gathering evidence, coordinating responses, and supporting requests from Qualified Security Assessors (QSAs). Partner with Technology, Security, Operations, Product, Engineering, and Risk teams to collect required information, track remediation activities, and resolve compliance issues. Prepare compliance reports, dashboards, and metrics to support management visibility and regulatory requirements. Contribute to process improvements, automation initiatives, and scalable compliance solutions that strengthen operational efficiency and risk management. Stay informed of PCI DSS updates, emerging security practices, and payment industry requirements to support ongoing program maturity. What you'll bring Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Risk Management, Business, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered. 0–2 years of experience in information security, compliance, risk management, audit, IT operations, or a related discipline (internships and academic projects are welcomed). Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and documentation skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams. Ability to follow established procedures and manage multiple tasks in a structured and controlled environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. It's a bonus if you have Basic understanding of PCI DSS, payment card processing, or payment security concepts. Familiarity with information security principles such as access management, encryption, vulnerability management, and logging. Exposure to compliance or risk management frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, or similar standards. Experience supporting audits, evidence collection, control testing, or compliance reporting activities. Knowledge of data tracking, reporting, or workflow management tools.
