For more information, please visit THE.TEAM. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Invoice Processing: Review, verify, and enter vendor invoices into the accounting system. Supplier Setup & Maintenance: Perform initial setup and ongoing maintenance of all vendor accounts. Review and approve new supplier requests, checking questionnaires, required tax forms (W-9s), and bank details for electronic payments. Supplier Relations: Respond to supplier inquiries and address payment-related issues. Process Improvement: Continuously work to improve payment processes. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: Skills: Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, problem-solving, communication, data entry, and time management.

Education

High school diploma required, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred.

Experience

Experience

in bookkeeping or accounts payable is not required but highly beneficial. Base salary range: $45-50K, plus bonus potential if applicable for role. Actual base salary is dependent on several factors including but not limited to; market dynamics, location and region, experience, specialized skills/training (education), level of responsibility, budgetary considerations, tenure at the company (for current employees), etc. The salary range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
