Responsibilities
· Data Cleaning and Preprocessing: Clean and structure data to remove inaccuracies, inconsistencies, and duplicates. Prepare datasets through normalization, transformation, and encoding. · Data Quality Management: Monitor and audit data quality on a regular basis, implementing actions to maintain and continuously improve data standards. · Data Enrichment: Gather and integrate additional customer-related data (primarily from Salesforce CRM), ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with the defined data architecture. Ensure compliance with data governance and regulatory requirements. · Data Modeling: Develop and maintain data models to support business needs, including segmentation, structuring, and analytical use cases. · Master Data Management: Contribute to and execute the Master Data Management strategy and roadmap. · Customer

Requirements

Graduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, IT, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience · Language: Fluent or native English (written and spoken) · Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel
Experience
with Salesforce Knowledge (novice to intermediate) of SQL, Python,
- R, or Power BI is a strong asset ·
Experience
· Minimum 3-5 years overall experience, minimum 2+ years in data management, including: Processing and managing data from multiple sources Driving data quality improvement initiatives using root cause analysis Interfacing with business stakeholders ·
