Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and identify effective technical solutions across complex initiatives. Design scalable application, integration, and platform architectures aligned with enterprise standards. Translate business processes and requirements into technical designs using approved methodologies and toolsets. Integrate digital, data-driven, and AI-enabled capabilities into enterprise applications where they deliver business value. Define API-first, microservices, and cloud-native design patterns for modern application development. Conduct cost-benefit analysis to determine optimal technical solutions balancing performance, scalability, and maintainability. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, infrastructure, data, and security, to deliver solutions. Support project delivery through technical leadership, estimation, and risk identification on small to medium initiatives. Provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, and mentoring to development teams and stakeholders. Ensure solutions comply with enterprise architecture, security, and data standards. Relevant Technical Skills & Knowledge Application architecture and enterprise integration design API-first, microservices, and event-driven architectures Cloud-native development and modern engineering practices AI/ML/GenAI integration within enterprise applications Data platforms, integration, and analytics ecosystems DevOps and CI/CD practices Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Experience
working across global teams and business functions
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, MIS, or related discipline.
Experience
8–10+ years of experience in enterprise IT or application architecture roles
Experience
in application design, platform architecture, and integration solutions
Experience
delivering solutions in global, cross-functional environments
Experience
with modern software delivery practices and stakeholder engagement
Experience
