We are looking for an hands-on Finance Manager for our Finance & Accounting Department, who will join our team in Beer Yakov, Tel Aviv Israel. Job Description Compiling financial data, creating reports and analyzing the financial health of the company. Managing the relavant team of 7 employees. Performing in-depth financial analysis to support business strategies and identify growth opportunities. Conducting relevant financial & reporting analysis together with Regional and Global Controlling teams. Managing cash flow related activities and identifying cost‑saving opportunities. Managing the preparation and distribution of periodic financial statements for senior leadership. Supervising finance staff and coordinating needed audits. Communicating financial facts and insights to executives, stakeholders Preparing accurate financial reports that comply with Israeli regulations and international accounting standards. Identifying and mitigating financial risks to ensure organizational stability. Overseeing the budgeting process to ensure effective resource allocation and financial planning. Ensuring adherence to local and international financial regulations and standards. Required Qualifications & Skills Degree in finance, accounting, or related field; CPA accreditation would be an asset. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and numeracy skills. Knowledge of IFRS & GAAP and Israeli financial regulations. SAP experience in R3. Good Microsoft Excel skills. Excellent communication and report‑writing abilities. Leadership experience and ability to manage teams.
