Job Title Senior Talent Acquisition Business Partner Role Overview: A leading multinational organization is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition (TA) Business Partner to support hiring across India. This role will partner closely with business leaders and HR stakeholders to drive end-to-end recruitment strategies, ensuring timely hiring of quality talent aligned to business priorities. The role requires strong stakeholder management, market insight, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrix environment. On a typical day you will: Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand hiring demand and define recruitment strategies aligned to business priorities Own and manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (requisition intake, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding support) Drive proactive talent pipelining and market mapping for critical and hard-to-fill roles Ensure strong stakeholder management by providing regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and market insights Leverage multiple sourcing channels including direct sourcing, LinkedIn headhunting, referrals, and agencies Ensure quality of hire, speed, and candidate experience across all hiring activities Partner with HR and business leaders on workforce planning and hiring prioritization Maintain accurate tracking and reporting through the ATS (Workday or similar systems) Drive process compliance, governance, and data accuracy across recruitment activities Provide market intelligence on salary benchmarks, talent availability, and competitor hiring trends Support employer branding and hiring initiatives to enhance candidate pipeline and engagement What You Will Need to be Successful: Bachelor’s degree required Preferred: MBA or Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field Minimum 10+ years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition Strong experience in end-to-end hiring within a corporate or multinational environment Proven ability to manage multiple roles and stakeholders simultaneously Strong expertise in direct sourcing and headhunting for mid to senior-level roles Experience working in a fast-paced, high-demand hiring environment Strong understanding of India talent market and hiring practices Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills Data-driven mindset with ability to track, analyze, and improve hiring metrics Proficiency in using ATS systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn, job boards, etc. If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
