Job description

C.H. Robinson is seeking a Carrier Manager to join our APAC Managed Solutions team. In this key position, you will responsible for managing day-to-day carrier relationships and ensuring service performance meets customer expectations. You will involve monitoring compliance metrics, publishing and interpreting carrier scorecards, resolving escalations, and identifying improvement opportunities through data analysis. At C.H. In this role, you will work on-site with your peers five days a week, fostering creativity and producing impactful results through face-to-face interactions.

Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of this position consists of, but are not limited to, the following: Monitor compliance EDI adherence, routing guide compliance) Publish and interpret scorecards and service metrics (tender acceptance, OTD, dwell, claims) Manage carrier escalations; implement corrective actions Maintain master data (lanes, service attributes) with high accuracy Work to continuously improve carrier management processes Support customer on large RFP exercises May participate in procurement projects including, but not limited to, data extraction, analysis, formatting, and presentation of rates and data related to pricing requests Provide market and network insights to account team Other duties or responsibilities as assigned according to the team and/or country specific requirements Required

Qualifications

Required: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university Minimum 5 years of professional experience Ability to travel up to 25% (domestically and internationally)

with carrier monitoring and compliance processes Professional experience in Procurement, carrier sales, transportation, logistics, and/or Supply Chain Exceptional facilitation skills including but not limited to relationship management, presentation, documentation and accountability Should possess strong root cause and analytical skills Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills Demonstrated ability to communicate with various levels within customer organization (both written and verbal) Ability to identify, understand and execute based on market trends and pricing strategies Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of programs Skilled in interpreting KPIs and compliance metrics Advanced Excel and data visualization Values a diverse and inclusive work environment Equal Opportunity C.H.
