A Day in the Life An exciting role for an experienced sales professional to be part of a company and a successful Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) team that thinks differently to solve problems, make progress, and deliver meaningful and disruptive innovations. You will support of the launch and adoption of the Electrophysiology mapping and navigation system (Affera) and all products within the Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) business. A successful candidate must have proven track record in Electrophysiology 3D Mapping and navigation, strong understanding of the sales process for both capital and consumables and a high degree of commercial acumen to drive one’s success, grow the market and achieve sales revenue. Cardiac Ablation Solutions offers cardiac mapping and ablation solutions to treat patients with abnormal heart rhythms. It is focused on disrupting and leading the market with advanced ablation catheters, cardiac mapping systems, and conventional Electrophysiology products. You will be based in Vietnam and report into the Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) / Cardiac Ablation Solutions (CAS) sales leader. Responsibilities
may include the following and other duties maybe assigned: Provide technical, educational, clinical and sales support to assist the Region in meeting Cardiac Ablation Solutions sales and customer service objectives. Deliver hands-on case support using advanced mapping systems, generators, software, pumps, and associated accessories. Conduct product demonstrations and lead in-service training to drive successful adoption of mapping and ablation technologies. Troubleshoot real-time technical and workflow issues in the electrophysiology lab with a proactive, solution-oriented approach. Partner with sales teams to support account growth by providing clinical expertise, technical insights, and customer education. Act as a key liaison between physicians, lab staff, sales, and technical teams to ensure seamless communication and high customer satisfaction. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customers, establishing credibility as a trusted clinical resource. Identify workflow efficiencies and performance improvement opportunities within customer sites and collaborate with stakeholders to implement solutions. Maintain advanced knowledge of electrophysiology therapies, company products, and competitive technologies. Provide structured feedback from the field to marketing, R&D, and education teams to support product enhancements and future innovation. Support product installations, system upgrades, and new technology launches within assigned territory. Participate in territory planning, account reviews, and cross-functional business discussions. Support clinical research activities (pre-market, post-market, and external studies) at active clinical centers in coordination with clinical field teams. Experience
Diploma degree in related fields Candidate with cardiac mapping and navigation, or related EP mapping experience is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of simple and complex diagnostic and ablation electrophysiology procedures in order to operate as a technical support expert. Knowledge of 3D electrophysiology mapping and navigation systems. Some international travel may be required.
