Bridge the gap between sales objectives and business performance, optimizing processes for growth and success. Ideal for analytical minds with a passion for driving business results. KRA - Analyze data to extract insights and make data-driven recommendations. Gather and define project requirements in collaboration with stakeholders. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency. Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and track key performance indicators. Help develop and implement sales strategies. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and trends. Work with different teams to ensure smooth execution of sales plans. Prepare sales reports and presentations. Help create and update sales training materials. Stay updated on industry trends. Perform other duties as assigned. Key Competencies - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights. Proficiency in data analysis tools and project management. Detail-oriented with multitasking abilities. Adaptability and willingness to learn. Strong team player with a positive attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
