This is a hybrid role. Your responsibilities : Day to day activities within the scope of A2R area, in particular: Preparing manual/automatic/recurring posting and entering them into the system as part of the general ledger Reconciling balance sheet accounts and general ledger accounts Managing fixed assets records Contact with requesters/other GBS departments in order to cover ongoing topics Assisting in day to day administrative tasks in compliance with GBS’s internal procedures and instructions Our requirements: Fluency in English Ability to work in Microsoft Office Good analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail Strong communication skills Our offer: Civil contract (umowa zlecenie) Opportunity to gain valuable experience in Finance & Accounting processes within a global organization Learning and development support from experienced team members Friendly and collaborative work environment Exposure to an international business environment and cooperation with colleagues from different countries Hybrid work model Creating a future worth living.
